They gave us a room without a view- the window was blocked with a shaft. I needed utensils spoon and fork and they cant lend one. My bathroom light wasn’t working. Terrible terrible experience. I want my payment or some of it back. Super poor service.

The place was convenient to walk across the street to the New World Casino restaurants & shops. There was good selections at the breakfast buffet. The hotel personal assistant to guests were very congenial and accommodating. What was inconvenient was the lobby near the front doors & elevators. There was not enough seat/chairs to use while waiting for someone. It's like "if you move your feet you lose your seat". All in all it was great place to stay.

Great location to airport. And a very beautiful pocket with a lot of beautiful hotels all in the area gorgeous mall across the street. Felt very safe here.
