It was very much appreciated that a room was available for immediate checkin very early in the morning. Ben in the Club Lounge had excellent customer service, very professional and friendly. Location is good for relaxing and food courts.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel for our overnight stop over. Although it was a little distant from the airport this was made easy with the free shuttle service. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was fantastic and well priced. Thank you for looking after us!

Our first room was not clean so we had to switch the 2nd one was better but overall this is very much a 3 star hotel. Not well maintained! It’s fine for 1 night. 25 min to downtown, 16 min to airport. Oh and the bed and linens were clean and comfortable.

Room was enormous and well equipped Pool on level 8 was amazing at night Hotel is out of the way which we found nice after central Singapore $30 by grab each way to Zoo… only 30 mins bus and train would have been possible but close to 1.5 Hrs. Great choice of eateries nearby. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again Airport drop off was quick and efficient.

Very good breakfast. Rooftop slimming pool excellent, with good views. It’s a trek to get not downtown Singapore, but the hotel can’t be guilty of that. The free shuttle bus to/from the airport works very well.

This was the first time I tried a non-airport hotel. My room was five times as big and cost half as much compared to an airport hotel. I was on the 7th floor and had a good view out to the golf course. I used the buffet breakfast (great), the gym (also good) and the rooftop swimming pool (fantastic). All staff were very friendly, starting with a great check-in by Chiarra. The hotel also has a free airport shuttle service. The only downsides I could see are: 1) It does take 20-30 mins to get to and from the airport to the hotel, so an airport hotel is clearly the fastest option (and the most expensive). 2) While the location is close to the airport, it is a long way from town. Having said that, Changi Village is authentically Singaporean with lots of food choices ranging from super cheap hawker centre food to proper sit-down restaurants. There is also a little Beach Park about 3 mins walk away and a golf course right next door. I would definitely stay here again. Great 28 hour stay over.

The front desk staff during check in was a very kind, professional, mostly informative, and helpful gentleman. I appreciated the room upgrade to the floor where there’s a lounge, though I found out that access to it is not included after attempting to enter (so a heads up would be helpful for future guests to avoid awkward moments). The room and the hotel itself appeared very clean, organized and modern, matching the photos. The free, airport shuttle service for arrival was easy to find while following directions and maps provided by the staff. The shuttle driver was kind and helpful with the suitcases and bag, so gave him a tip. There was no shuttle service available during departure to the airport, since it was early in the morning; but I was able to advance book a ride via Grab app. Thank you to this hotel and staff for an overall pleasant experience.
