"I specifically chose this hotel because it was near the Zoo and it was easily accessible. The property was clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean, however 1 pillow case looked like it had been stuffed in a corner for some time, full of wrinkles, not an issue just took from the crisp clean made bed look, and my son found pistachio shells under one of the beds. However this didnt effect my rating because it didn't effect our stay at all. Both things actually made me giggle a bit but I know how hard housekeeping works. Every part of the stay was great. Pools was nice, hot tub had moments of not being hot and on the last day it was closed but it happens. Id definitely stay here again due to my experience and the location."

"My husband and I stayed at Cheyenne Mountain Resort to celebrate our 22nd anniversary, even though we live only about an hour away. It was the perfect getaway! From the moment you walk into the lobby, the resort has a warm mountain-lodge feel. While you can tell the property has been around for a while, it has been well maintained and has a lot of charm. The staff throughout the resort were wonderful friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The only exception was breakfast on our last morning. We arrived when the restaurant opened, and the service wasn't as attentive as what we had experienced everywhere else during our stay. Our resort-view room was definitely worth it. Sitting on the balcony and looking out at Cheyenne Mountain was peaceful and relaxing. The bed was also very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The room did have a very faint cigarette smoke smell. I'm extremely sensitive to smoke, so it's possible most guests wouldn't even notice it. It seemed more like an old, lingering odor than anything recent. Overall, we had a wonderful anniversary getaway and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Colorado escape."

"Super nice hotel with a reasonable price! Room was very clean and cozy. The entire hotel was well kept and clean. Bed was very comfortable. It is also in a very nice part of town, we felt quite safe. My only complaint would be that there wasn't a better area to walk our dog, but I will say it wasn't a mine field like most places."

"We stayed at Embassy for two nights with young children. First thing i have to mention it was Summer and Hotel was fully Booked. Room had some awful smell and Refrigerator was broken. They changed our refrigerator but could help with the strange smell in the room.They have only option of giving us a air freshener. Breakfast was good kids enjoyed it.View was Kind of Mountain view.Every attraction was under 15 minutes.So It was convenient for us to Take our car out and Enjoy."

"Staff was Very diligent about cleaning key cards! I observed them cleaning them during the day several days in a row. Staff was very helpful. Food service was a bit spotty. Breakfast was about what you would expect. One morning coffee cups were not available because they hadn’t washed any from night before. Tried to order at the bar one night to take good back to the room but bartender was too engaged in conversation to be bothered to serve me. They ran out of food once. Best recliner I’ve ever had at a hotel :-)"
