ITS NICE BECAUSE IT IS LOCATED AT THE BEACH FRONT.
I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE THERE. AND WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK SOON.
Hotel is situated in busy Station 2 area. Nothing to praise about the hotel other than closer to the beach. Uncomfortable bed and the free breakfast was disappointing. Pay a bit more and stay elsewhere..
Went we come to the place the room not yet ready and it almost 4 o clock in the after and went we check in the room really dirty not worth it for the money I pay the place suck

Good location, terribly loud
Our first night was so loud my wife had a one word review (beginning with the letter "F"). We could almost reach the next hotel building (same hotel) from our window and the room was occupied by construction workers, from a site behind us (same hotel). They were up drinking and screaming until 3 am. Luckily only the first night.
The rooms were clean enough, and it looks like they just did a lot of renovation. The original construction was too cheap and the noise from other rooms is too loud. When the people above us walked around it sounded like a herd of elephants. The restaurant has beach access but our rooms were 2 hotels back from the beach - they seem to have added multiple hotels under one front office. This is our 4th hotel in Boracay and the first that we will not be returning to.

Breakfast is so yummy and in front of the beach.
My friend and i had fun and enjoy the whole Boracay. Only i would like to say that this hotel should put Shower Heater, Hair Dryer and 110 Volts Transformer for all Foreigner Guests.
