Loved the breakfast, although it always took over 45 minutes to make, so it's great for those who don't mind waiting. Also, breakfast starts at 8 and not a lot 7. We order at 7 and usually arrives by 8. The staff were great as well. Location is great. I wouldn't recommend the family room because the shower head is old and fixed to the ceiling, unlike the rooms on the 2nd floor. The water comes out but barely. The toilet leaks so they put a towel but it needs to be changed at least twice or 3 times a day. We came after the typhoon so they didn't have electricity, but because we had a 3 year old they managed to get a line to our room from a neighbors generator so we can have a fan. Very grateful for that. I would definitely recommend it for budget travelers who don't mind having a delicious late breakfast. Also, I was promised a 120 min massage for free for the inconvenience but it was only 30min...

Wonderful !! The owner and staffs are very helpful and accommodating. We felt so at home at this place, wish we could have stayed for few more days. The complimentary breakfast and massage is worth for your $$. Definitely we would stay here again for our next visit.

From the owner Maricel to the staff, I would say they're excellent! Very personable and accomodating. Breakfast are awesome, the place is very homey. I would highly recomend

Miss Marisel and her girls are realy divates. Beautifull and helpful. They made suprice every day for me and my wife. We are so satisfad and we recomend to everyone. Beach is infront, just 40 meters. Rooms is big and very clean. Brekfast was served on your owen balcony. Thank you miss Marisel.

Fantastic relaxing hotel with large rooms
Great hotel in a superb location just hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the sea front, however it is only a minute walk from the beach. The breakfast was fantastic with big portions that kept us going for the majority of the day. The room facilities were fantastic with large comfy beds and hot showers.

Amazing experience
We stay here 4 nights included Amazing breakfast daily sent to room. Owner & Staff are very friendly & welcoming us. The most shocking thing is the staff & Owner is multi tasking, daily cooked breakfast, clean our room & create different bed design decoration and they also do our massage. Will stay here again when return to Boracay.

Wonderful find
It is a bit difficult to find but it is located only about 50 m from the beach I chose this hotel on the strength of good TripAdvisor reviews and I wasn’t disappointed It is only small but the lady who owns the place is charming and very helpful, the breakfast, delivered to the room, is excellent...fresh fruit juice omelette and a very tasty couple of slices of toast ...? Oat bread If I ever go back to Boracay I will certainly look to stay here

Great Stay and tasty breakfast!
Very accommodating host. The breakfast is delicious. Very near the beach, the place is just right behind Villa de Oro restaurant. It's actually nearer on the beach compare to the rooms on La Carmela. The only downside is the thin bedding but nevertheless I've had a great experience during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great place- would chose to stay here again!
After a few weeks travelling the Philippines this has been bet value for money for a stay. Great condition, clean and a great free breakfast. Easily the nicest and friendliest staff I have met in my travels. Would stay again!
