Wonderful stay in Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis Bogor

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good

施設はまあまあ、スタッフも笑顔で良いが、食事のレベルが低すぎる。夕食は洋食レストランで取りましたが、ステーキを頼んだら、なぜかオリーブオイルに浸かった、油ギトギトのシロモノが出てきて、オリーブオイルに、肉のアクが出てきて、それが肉にこびりつき、気持ちが悪くなりました。朝食バイキングも、食べたいと思える料理が無く、食べても不味く、安い食材を適当に料理した、という感じ。とにかく経費を安くしたいというホテルの運営方針が顕著に表れた様な気がしました。

二度と利用したくない。

見た目は綺麗だが、設備のメンテナンスが行き届いておらず、洗面台下からの水漏れやお湯が出ないなどのトラブルが相次いだ。お湯が出ない事についてはホテル側からの説明が二転三転し、振り回されてしまった。チェックアウト時に別途事情の説明メールを送ってくれる、という事になったがその後なんの連絡もない。二度と利用したくない。

Nice hotel not very nice service.

The hotel is very nice but not well maintained. The food is very bad everything taste salty. I think they should really improve their food quality considering how isolated their location is. The people working at the hotel rarely smile. At breakfast especially the servers looked irritated and not very polite. Breakfast situation was very messy. The towels are so dirty i wished I brought my own..

Decent hotel, not the best experience

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (Friday - Sunday). Overall, it was a decent stay. The hotel itself looked very modern, and the room that we stayed in was located on the highest floor (6th floor), overseeing the mountains. The service was wonderful. Everyone was very kind, and seemed professionally trained. We ate in the hotel for our 2 nights there, and food was decent, with price like what you would expect in a luxury hotel. The parking was horrible. When we were on location, there was a sign for basement parking, but we were asked to park outside. The parking space was really bad, with holes as big as cars, and water puddles lasting few days after rain (at least it seemed that way). The road to the hotel was also terrible. Probably its because of constructions going on around the area, but we came home with our car really dirty. Tranquility and serenity are words I wouldn't use to describe the hotel experience. The room was not sound proof, and maybe because of the mountains, the echoes of trucks/large transportations passing by early in the morning woke us up constantly. Then there are footsteps in the hallway that we can hear whenever children run by our room. Another thing was the balcony. Although very spacious, could use better care. There were animals' feces on the sofa, and spider webs all around the ceiling. Overall, its a decent hotel for families. Better care of the hotel would definitely improve our experience.

Good resort and hotel

The resort is amazing with a lot of activities for young and old. However surrounding area is quite difficult to explore. It will only be good if you are not intending to go out of the resort to explore the surrounding area.

Not at all the peaceful getaway I expected - packed to capacity with noisy Chinese and their screaming children, music blaring out at all hours of the day, terrible food and really quite run down for such an expensive room rate.

Nice view hotel

I stayed for 2 night. Hotel is very nice. A lot of facilty, such as 3 outdoor pool, playground, tiny gym, outbound games, and also hotel has a nice view. But, room is not sound proof good enough. We can hear people chit chat, laugh, from inside bed room. It's annoying Me. Breakfast is not as I expected. For 5 star hotel, breakfast is not good enough. Overall, hotel is good, but need improvement.

Everything looks perfect inside the hotel but there was no clear direction through the hotel and unfortunately google map directed us to the small street, it was deadlock.

客房清潔度不夠,浴室都有水垢,房家地板也不是很乾淨,枕頭上有死的昆蟲,房間設備不像4星級的,周圍環境是不錯,早餐蠻豐富的,一般該有的都有,餐廳的pizza 蠻好吃的

Perfect for a weekend getaway

It was a perfect weekend getaway. The room condition and the breakfast restaurant are more like 4-star rather than 5, but the gorgeous mountain view and the wonderful green surrounding the hotel really make up for the lack of details. The pool area is also very nice but the water was too murky. Other than that I was very satisfied for the price I paid. The staff were very kind and it only took me 50 mins to get back to Jakarta on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend for a short getaway from the hustle and bustle of Jakarta.

nice hotel, but lack of management solution the check in and check out did not get managed into one line, such as we are queuing in banks (so first come first serve is achieved)
