Overall very good value for money, we stayed for one night for a gig in Birmingham. Cheapest by far although there were some issues with the room, door handle on the room door was loose, paint work was a bit messy but I was overall happy with it and the price I paid.

Despite receiving several messages on arrival day about how to check in, check out policies, car parking, and photos of key box location, I was not sent the entry code or key box code. On arrival at 8pm, my telephone call to the manager went to voicemail. I then received a text message saying my booking was cancelled. I then had to find other accommodation for my family of 4 at 8.15pm. I can’t comment on the interior of the property but the car park was dirty with overflowing industrial bins, litter on the ground and odd pieces of discarded furniture. Not impressed.

Great little apartment

Our stay here was really nice. Downside, we missed out on a parking space in the allocated car park but other than that the apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean and the refreshments provided were more than adequate. Would definitely stay here again

only stayed 1 night out of the 4, slept on the couch as beds was soiled with urine, kitchenn was dirty pans and crockery dirty. had to move out and find alternative accomadation as lads refused to stay in the place.

Modern apartment 20 mins to city centre

Property was clean and tidy, odd hair here and there, no problem. It is near a main road so there is some excitement but it settles down after 10pm. Odd bit of maintenance required but nothing serious. However the toilet fills with hot water. Shower is great, bathroom is modern, more than enough facilities with fridge cooker hob & microwave plus plates cups cutlery glasses. Soft lighting. I'd stay again.

Excellent communication of all the information needed for the stay. The building itself is quiet but a little bit of road noise. Amazing location for the Alexander Stadium - it is literally on the other side of the road from the entrance.

Lovely comfy apartment

This property was clean, comfy & spacious. Communication with Kiran was fast and he was a lovely host. We especially like self-check in apartments and this one was very easy to check in and out of, no issues or complaints for our stay. Free parking as well! 😊
