Lovely spacious clean superior apartment. Everything we needed for a comfortable nights stay. Would recommend for staying somewhere if you want to have a night at the greyhound racing close by

Great little apartment

Our stay here was really nice. Downside, we missed out on a parking space in the allocated car park but other than that the apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean and the refreshments provided were more than adequate. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent communication of all the information needed for the stay. The building itself is quiet but a little bit of road noise. Amazing location for the Alexander Stadium - it is literally on the other side of the road from the entrance.

Lovely comfy apartment

This property was clean, comfy & spacious. Communication with Kiran was fast and he was a lovely host. We especially like self-check in apartments and this one was very easy to check in and out of, no issues or complaints for our stay. Free parking as well! 😊

Modern apartment 20 mins to city centre

Property was clean and tidy, odd hair here and there, no problem. It is near a main road so there is some excitement but it settles down after 10pm. Odd bit of maintenance required but nothing serious. However the toilet fills with hot water. Shower is great, bathroom is modern, more than enough facilities with fridge cooker hob & microwave plus plates cups cutlery glasses. Soft lighting. I'd stay again.

For the most part, looked exactly like the pictures, worth the value. It was a nice little apartment, clean however, the room smelt a little and the outside smelt of bins.

Great for what we needed

Up to date communication no problem parkibg or getting into building, apartment was just what we need local to shops and 17mins from where we needed to be , however Saturday night no parking spaces and windows could do with replacing mouldy.but it wouldn't put us off using again

Good location

Generally, it's a good location but parking spaces are limited, if you're driving. I had to buy some detergents to clean the toilet and bath because it didn’t look clean. There was also a bit of filth at the rear car park around the bin area. However, the information provided prior to check in and check out was great- they have information posted inside the property as a reminder.

Excellent place to stay, close to Birmingham.

In the apartment it was really nice and cosy. Facilities were very good. Close link to Birmingham, needed somewhere to stay for the christmas markets would definately recommend. Check in process was pretty easy, the car parking permits could be simpler but again its a minor point. The WiFi didnt seem to work, but had phone signal anyway. Toilet needs a little bit of maintance work but apart from that everyting was great! Naps Inn do send far too many emails on approach to the stay but thats a minor inconvience.

The apartment was clean, quiet and very spacious. The car park was very small and struggled to get a parking space. The only other issue was, there was to many emails which where duplicated and could get confusing. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

The apartment itself was lovely - fully functioning kitchen, comfy sofa, lovely bathroom with good shower pressure and everything listed is provided. In addition to this, the communication from the staff was perfect making both check in and check out very easy. Although I didn’t drive, I did notice car park also always had spaces which is very convenient. The building is also 20 minutes away from the One Stop shopping which was so ideal. For me, I was staying there as an athlete competing at the Alexander stadium so being less than a 5 minute walk from the track was absolutely perfect!! However, while the location is very idea for an athlete, I noticed that the floor in the bedroom was wet and the smell of damp was very strong. As a result, I couldn't sleep and became very ill/blocked up from the impact of damp in a room despite having all windows open for ventilation. I was supposed to stay 3 nights to give myself time after the comp so I didn’t have to travel home the day of but did end up checking out a night early as I just could not spend one more night in the room with that smell. I’m sure it’s not every room and I probably got unlucky there as everything else was lovely and hygienic.

Lovely apartment and in a perfect location. My only issue was upon arrival I still had not received and of the key codes to access the building or the key safe for the door key. Messages for this came through after I had checked out. However, after using the text number I was sent the info I needed. The apartment could do with a fan in the warm weather. It was very hot in the apartment. Everything else was perfect thank you.

Would stay again but be prepared

We really enjoyed the 2 bedroom with living room for 1 week within walking distance to Church Tavern pub and fields for sports event. Need to open windows in hot weather is right on the street with people walking by but got used to it. Being able to do laundry is great. No reception just instructions that did not come for hours and had to call the property by Whatsapp. Stayed in another suite for 3 people was big and roomy but no hot water. Having no reception desk to be able to talk to someone was a negative but I would stay again. Garbage bins outside were not tidy. Get to parking early so that you get a spot.

Attentive staff, they were available even beyond their advertised hours. Very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I booked this apartment knowing I would have to do some laundry/clothes washing at this time of my travels and the machine was not working and they weren't able to fix it in time. The bathroom was not very clean and the shower didnt drain very well causing the bathroom to overflow even with a 3 minute shower. The pictures definitely look better than the state of the actual unit. Parking is a bit of a gamble and not reserved. If you leave and come back the lot might be full and you're parking on the street. Would not stay here again.

This was generally a nice property to stay in. There were a few technical issues on check in but these were sorted very quickly. The wifi isn’t very strong and as soon as I moved into the bedroom it disconnected me every time. Overall it was a very clean place except for the kitchen. Most of the dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty and I had to wash everything before I used it. As was the stove top and bench. Another little problem is that they say they will charge £10 for any unwashed dishes but there was not a plug for the sink. Maybe this is why dishes were put away dirty. I managed to wash all of mine though.

Family trip

I booked this apartment as I was in Birmingham attending an event over 3 days. Having looked it only had 1 bedroom but did have a sofa bed, so was happy to book as I needed 2 beds. Lots of great communication just before the day of travel with information on car park, code to get into building, key safe code, etc. Apartment was on 2nd floor, there is a lift. Nice bright aparment, good sized bathroom with large shower cubicle. Table with 4 chairs to sit at for meals, hob and oven as well as microwave oven, fridge/freezer as well. Washing machine (we did not use). No plug for sink in kitchen and no tin opener. The TV at venue did not have any terrestrial channels and the wifi in the apartment was poor. When we came to go to bed, there was no bedding for the sofa bed except for 2 pillows. On the first evening I contacted the owners by text asking what could be done about the TV and getting bedding for sofa bed. Got a reply that evening for further information and that they could arrange for the next morning. I text back the following morning with what we needed and never got a reply and never got any items asked for. Could not park in car park on first night, but got space on every other night there. Apartment is right next to busy dual carriageway (A34) so with windows open it was noisy.

Overall very good value for money, we stayed for one night for a gig in Birmingham. Cheapest by far although there were some issues with the room, door handle on the room door was loose, paint work was a bit messy but I was overall happy with it and the price I paid.
