Its was fully equipped with washer & dryer, also the kitchen was very good and equipped, just wish they had Netflix included. They area was very good and close to the church and many dinning options.

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia and the metro. Cons: Building was being remodeled, so lots of construction noise right outside of bedroom windows early each morning. Window to second (children) bedroom unable to be closed and locked (although they did fix the next day). Hotel forgot to send us instructions for getting the apartment key for check-in and front door passcode; luckily the security guard and housekeeping services were onsite to help us. Apartments not soundproofed; you will hear all your neighbors. Overall, didn’t pay a lot, so good deal based on location. But don’t plan on sleeping in.

Loved our week stay in Barcelona and really enjoyed our stay in these apartments. Metro and Família Sagrada are a 5 minute walk away with numerous dining options and grocery stores in the area. We ate breakfast in the room since it has a kitchen with everything you need (including a full size fridge) before heading off to our adventures. Beds and sofa were comfortable, the only drawback being the noise, especially with construction going on outside. I’d recommend some good hearing protection for a good night’s sleep. Be prepared to carry your luggage up or down a few steps to get to your apartment (they do have an elevator to take you to the floor), but no biggie for us. The staff was also very nice and super helpful. Overall we’d definitely stay here again if we ever come back to this wonderful city!

The area was great. The apartment was very comfortable and the inside of the unit was good. Beds were comfy. The outside of the building is under construction, renovations and workers made a lot of noise in the morning. I had Hard time sleeping after 8am wake up call with drills. If you can wake up at 7am and leave to see Barcelona and come back after 5pm you would not have any problems. Overall we had a good time. Staff was nice.

This apartment made an excellent base for us to explore Barcelona. It's really close to the Sagrada Familia and metro station, to nice cafes and restaurants in the Eixample area and only a short (15 min) walk to Gracia. We found the apartment to be clean and comfortable. It was a bit of a squeeze for five of us, but the beds and sofa bed were comfortable. We appreciated black out curtains and soundproof double-glazed windows as it's quite a noisy area. It's quite dark inside with not much natural light. We could hear the people in the apartment above moving around, but the apartment itself is quite well insulated from sound. Having a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and all the washing tablets, shampoo etc was great. The apartment was very well equipped. The people who look after the apartment are really friendly and accommodating. We had a great time in Barcelona, and really enjoyed staying here.

Stayed here for 5 nights with a toddler.Worst apartment we stayed on.It was under construction last month, lots of scaffolding from the front to the top of the building. Mouldy bathroom, dirty kettle.and worst their sliding door in the bathroom was not aligned and nearly falling off when we arrived. Safety is not their main priority. Jessica (apartment manager) never sent a tradie to fix it. They put a glue to hold on the glass and make it steady. Uncomfortable beds, in all parts of the room. Sofa bed was wobbly, squeaky and very uncomfortable to sleep on. This apartments have small elevators, however you have to lift your luggage about 12 steps or more to reach the front door of each apartment. Make a trip of 2 or 3 if you’re a family of 5 with cabin luggage. Electricity or power shuts off when you use hair dryer and some lights on. We were never instructed and been aware of electrical malfunction when we arrived.For us, jt was concerning. Given that this is a norm to this building when we spoke to someone to make a complain of electrical faults.. So, inconvenient and unsafe. Won’t recommend to anyone travelling especially with kids.
