This hotel was perfect and had the quaint Italian design. The view of the Mediterranean from our balcony was amazing! The breakfast was delicious. Christina was a pleasure to deal with.

Delux room with corner balcony, what a view. Should have a sofa on balcony. Car parking great, short walk up stairs. Funny pug dog at reception. Breakfast fine. Drove to Carcara pizza restaurant at top of road goes right ,around church, car park at restaurant. Or they will pick you up.Some Airbnb's just below hotel if you can't all fit in.

They lady at the reception wanted to bribe to check us in. She claimed that since it was 11 pm in the night she needed to charge us Euro 50 per room to help us. Heck on. Little did I expect this from them.

The service is terrible, it is really not a hotel. You should not even promote this property it is a lousy apartment building with no service and the property has so many garbage in the roof that it is noisy the whole time. It’s the worst hotel in Italy.

The area is slightly away from the main area of Amalfi and although a bus stop is right next door, the hotel does not sell tickets. The hotel needs to inform people that accessability is by stairs only. Getting our huge luggage up and down the stairs was a challenge.

Ponto relevantes: A calorosa acolhidacom carinho e atenção da Hostess e uma bela vista da mar de Almafi. Acomodações confortáveis e cafe da manha super variado. Atenção especial a patisserie feita no local pela chef do Hotel. Recomendo o restaurante.O ponto de ônibus para o centro de Amalfi, fica em frente ao hotel, o que e muito recomendado, pois os estacionamentos proximo ao centro, são raros e caros.

La vue était spectaculaire de la terrasse de notre chambre. Cependant, l'hôtel est situé à bonne distance du centre-ville d'Amalfi et nécessite de prendre l'autobus de ville qui n'est pas très fiable, souvent bondé et dont le service s'arrête à 22h00. Il est aussi possible de s'y rendre à pieds mais utilisant la route exiguë sans trottoir avec beaucoup de trafic. Le personnel est sympathique et l'accueil a été chaleureux. Il y a de nombreuses marches à monter pour se rendre à la chambre alors soyez avisés si vous avez de lourdes valises. Les petits déjeuners sont biens. Pour ce qui est de la chambre, le mobilier est de base mais correct; il n'y a que des verres en plastique et il n'y a pas de boîte de mouchoirs. Il y a un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre mais qui ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre passage. Il y a un spa mais il n'est pas chauffé. En bref, nous avons beaucoup aimé la vue de notre terrasse et l'expérience en général mais la distance de la ville nous a ennuyé.

Die Chefin war ziemlich unfreundlich. Das Essen war überteuert. Service ist ein Fremdwort. Unser Zimmer hatte ein sehr kleines Fenster. Es ist eine Frechheit das man dieses Zimmer überhaupt vermietet.

Unfreundlich und überfordert

Wir waren mit einer Hochzeitsgesellschaft Hotel. Die Lage und Aussicht vom Hotel sind ein Traum. Leider ist das Personal und die Hotelleitung bei allen sehr negativ aufgefallen insbesondere: - keine Ausstellung von Rechnungen weder für Übernachtungen noch fürs Essen - hohe Preise fürs Essen für schlechte bis mangelhafte Qualität zB zahlten wir € 750 für ein einfaches Abendessen mit 5 Personen (für Antipasti & Pasta) - sehr überfordert und unfreundlich beim Checkout, weil mehrere Personen gleichzeitig auschecken wollten. An der Amalfiküste fallen die Hotelpreise höher aus, was in Ordnung ist. Aber der Service muss stimmen.

OVERPRICED! We were shocked by the accommodation. Old and in bad shape. Very poor and bad condition. The pictures are not what it is in reality. We did not want to stay but we could not refund our money. We had a drink on the terrace in the evening, there's NO BAR, only the kitchen they use to prepare breakfast. They charge 10 euro for a beer, and 15 euro for a glass of red wine. There is no possibility to use your hairdryer or razor because they don't have normal European sockets. There is nothing in the area, you need to take a bus to go to the center, too far walking The bus is always full and the bus driver refuses to take more people so you wait for hours because there's only 1 bus an hour. You need a bus ticket (you cannot buy tickets on the bus) & the accommodation doesn't sell the tickets so you need to walk to the city to buy tickets first. Very bad Wifi connection. We stayed before and after in beautiful new b&b's where we paid half of what we paid in Felice. The word RELAIS is misleading, it is more like a youth hostel but with 5 stars prices. Very disappointed.

Didn't like that we had to check in by 10pm. our flight was delayed and out of our control. We called up earlier to inform them of this and that we will be late. Lady said they will Close the doors at 10pm and we have to find somewhere else to stay.

Trevligt hotell med fantastisk utsikt

Fantastisk utsikt över Amalfikusten har du från hotellets restaurang där du äter frukost och även kan äta en god middag. Bra parkering nära hotellet som du måste ha om du reser med bil till Amalfi. Kristiania, som äger hotellet, var otroligt hjälpsam och trevlig under vår vistelse och vi rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell.

Beautiful view

Nice hotel with lovely view and a great location. Clean rooms. The staff is friendly and very hospitable. They provided us with local advice and were very helpful with any questions we had on the area. The classic room that we had is a little classic.
