great staff

The service was great by staff being attentive to our needs. There was a bit of confusion between smoking and non smoking rooms. Treakfast at hotel could be expanded some for added variety.

The hotel is next to very bery busy and noise street, and a noisy bar just downstairs. The room claimed to be new but smelly and not ventillated. Bed sheet was dirty and the bathroom smelled of sewage. The hot water is not working very well and power cut is normal. The hotel staff knew nothing about the taxi hire or he simply did nkt want to help. In short, do not book this hotel if you are in Agra.

Best option for the price!

If you are arriving Agra from Varanasi, his hotel is a nice option because it is located near Agra fort. Room condition is really nice for this affordable price and staffs are very helpful.
