"Overall, it was a wonderful experience! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were fantastic, exceeding my expectations for a Holiday Inn. However, I do have one minor complaint regarding the breakfast. It was a buffet-style breakfast priced at $30 per person, but this was not communicated to us until after we had already filled our plates and started eating. "I had a brief stay as I arrived late and left very early the following day but the Serra mattress was excellent and the room was in a quiet location. The staff was courteous. If I’m ever in S.F. again I will stay there."
