Fantastic location, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived well before check-in, so the staff expedited the cleaning service and got in 3 hours early. The restaurant is fantastic as well.

The Hyatt had everything we needed for our stay. Close to the wharf, secure parking, a laundry room, an excellent gym, and comfortable accommodations. I got pretty ill during our stay, and I was incredibly thankful for the spacious toom.

I went with my husband and daughter on Spring break and we had an excellent experience in this Hotel, clean rooms, nice staff, we had breakfast in the restaurant and was delicious with a very nice plate presentation, the staff in the restaurant very professional and attentive. William was awesome. I had a super late check in with my flight and had ordered food ahead of time. Food was left in s secure spot, and he was very accommodating as everything was closed when I had arrived. I would highly recommend the property and would definitely return. Thank you again William!

The only good thing I can say about this place was that the housekeeping staff and were amazing. Everything else was horrible. For the price you pay it was an experience of a cheap side motel. Never going to stay there again.
