Rooms were very clean & the views of the Bay and Transamerica Building were a great bonus! Easy walk (10 min.) from the Ferry Building. Close to cable car stop. We took public transit (Streetcar) from the Ferry Building/Embarcadero to Pier 39. Rooms were very clean & the views of the bay and Transamerica Building were such a great bonus! We will be back!! "

"We stay at this hotel every time we visit San Francisco. The staff and bartender are very friendly, rooms are always clean. The location is perfect for us and the price is excellent. The room could be a little bigger but we don’t spend much time there. Tons of good places to eat within walking distance and about a mile walk to the Ferry Building."

"The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They helped me navigate the city as a solo traveler. The building can only be accessed by keycard/buzzing in which made me feel extra safe. The location is great - walkable to Chinatown and North Beach. There is no AC so the room felt a little stale at times, but they provided fans and the city itself is cool, so an open window was great. The breakfast is basic but the coffee was surprisingly tasty. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would come back...

"Location was great, very close to Union Square and to Moscone Center. Rooms were cozy, but really excellent and they had everything you would need. Very comfortable bed, fast wifi, clean room, fluffy towels. The ambiance was very cool. Staff was outstanding, extremely helpful, in particular Rebeka at the front desk. Highly recommended."
