This was a beautiful hotel and the location suited our needs perfectly. We got the bay view room and loved looking out at the water. We stayed for games at Oracle park. We used Lyft and Caltrain to get into the city and both were easy and convenient.

We always love staying at this hotel. We love the breakfast options, the staff is always very helpful & kind, we love the location as it’s close to the airport, but very quiet, & we love the walking trail along the bay. The shuttle service to the airport is also extremely convenient. It even picked us up after a late flight. The hotel itself is a little dated, but it’s clean & everything works well.

We had a fairly uneventful stay here. The grounds are beautiful and so is the interior lobby area. The cook to order breakfast went well each morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was up and working as was the workout area. The only thing I would suggest is that they do a little better with their airport shuttle service and maybe have a separate line that you can call in to and speak to someone we were not able to take advantage of that service because we were not able to reach them during our earlier arrival time of 11 AM.
