"Hotel staff is friendly and they require you to give them your key so it doesn’t get lost but there’s almost no one at the receptionist desk. I eventually just started keeping the key with me because I didn’t feel like walking around the property to find someone. "Name not yoyo(Joan resort) very hard to find no signs and very rough rocky road.room was ok and clean,average breakfast,had to pay for coffee.the weather was terrible,heavy rain and windy ,had to wait a few hours because we could not get out ,road blocked because of weather. Staff where not helpful in finding transport for us . Much better resorts next door,will not stay again "
