"Clean room, amenities were great and the breakfast in the morning at 25 floor was really good "

"Excellent choice, could not ask for anything better. Staff speaks mostly Japanese with limited English speakers; however, with a smart phone translated was able to communicate effectively."

"The location was perfect. Just a block away from the train station and one stop away from Shinjuku Station. The junior suite was very spacious and had four beds. Very nice amenities and we liked the extra amenities provided in the lobby which included a wide assortment of body care products. The breakfast buffet was nice too and we enjoyed the mini fluffy pancakes. Definitely wish we ordered more than two. Overall great stay and would gladly stay there again. "

"Rooms and lobby are always spotless. It was nice to see our room to be so full of space, especially when it came to the room to be the cheapest option. And breakfast was amazing, it was plentiful despite crowds. Though, my partner and I find ourselves enjoying the variety of options everyday of our stay here. "
