The property was very convenient to the main drag in Gatlinburg. Very clean and well maintained. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. The only dislike I had was it took a long time for the water to get hot enough for a shower. It came out lukewarm pretty quickly but took a while to get really warm.

I had low expectations due to the price of the room, despite having decent reviews. The check in was super easy and staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious. It was nice to have a balcony and extra room around the kitchenette. The kids loved the pool and the slide! The gas outdoor fire pits were super cool too! Good hot breakfast, with lots of choices! Overall an excellent experience! I wish we would have booked our entire stay here!

We liked everything about this property! 2 pools was a great idea. Family area with one pool and the other pool was good for people traveling without children. The family area with fire pit and grill was nice. Our room was big open and very inviting. The bathroom was beautiful with hot water as soon as we turned it on. The bathroom was modern and everything was clean. We will stay here here again. The only thing not very many chairs in room for rainy days.
