Clean with cute patios and views of the river. Close enough to the main strip to easily walk in and out of town and avoid the Gatlinburg parking issues, while being close enough to the Pigeon Forge side to easily head out without driving in a ton of downtown congestion.

This was in a beautiful location next to the river. It was so nice to sit on the balcony. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was close to the tram stop, or you can walk to downtown Gatlinburg. It was nice to not be right in the noisy center of town, but close enough to walk to it.

Room was updated and very clean. Daily cleaning and fresh towels everyday! 4 stars was given for the Breakfast options, acceptable but could be more healthier options overall. Location was great for that quiet solitude on balcony with river flowing. Easy walk to the downtown area, would stay here again. Enjoyed the Smoky Mts for hiking and the Arts Community trail.

The balcony overlooking the river was so relaxing! The hotel is close to the main street in Gaitlinburg and it is also near a trolley stop with made it easy to travel around the area without having to use our auto. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is great!! Loved the balcony overlooking the river and enjoying the morning coffee there. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are updated, breakfast is good- waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruits, assorted breads and muffins, tea, coffee, milk, yogurt. Parking is plenty. Pool is clean. All in all an amazing property.

The private balcony was great. Beds were soft and comfy. We stay every year. There is no early check in & that’s disappointing. With a long drive , We usually arrive around 2pm but won’t they let anyone check in until After 230.
