This property has seen better days, The only great thing i can say about this Hotel is the bed was very comfortable, the location was in walking distance to all the things downtown has to offer as well as being close to the walking spur in the park and the National Park sign and...The Broken elevator helped me get my steps in every day walking up to the 3rd floor multiple times a day. I felt the neighborhood was safe and the price aligned with the hotel level.

The elevator smelled horrible. The hallways dingy. There was some nastiness on the back of the bathroom door & when I used my hairdryer & flat iron we flipped a breaker. No ice bucket, lights didn’t work. The bed was clean & staff super nice is the only reason I have a few stars.

The rug was wet in front of the heater/AC unit. The room was otherwise clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotels a bit run down overall, but super convenient to Gatlinburg. And free parking!
