We absolutely love this hotel. The whole family has fun on the water slides and pool. It is great to keep the kids satisfied when we are exhausted and don’t want to be out shopping and sightseeing.

Very well maintained property, breakfast was delish, loved the location, and water park was fun. My only complaint....NO HOT TUB! NOT A SINGLE ONE. Broke my heart! Kids had a blast but Mom and Dad had no relaxing soak to wash away our long drive. Water park water was not warm either. Kiddo didn't mind but us grown-ups were shivering. But, if that's my number one problem then I'd say we had a really nice time. Staff was always so helpful!

Had a great time in this hotel and Gatlinburg! The staff were very friendly and approachable. The rooms were very fresh, smelled good, and were clean. There was no dust and even the bathroom tiles looked clean. You could see there was a lot of effort put into the rooms by staff members. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, etc. were placed in the rooms. The hotels location was very close to downtown Gatlinburg (probably 5-10 minutes walking distance to the most popular spots).

Staff was nice, loved they provided coffee all day, great location and could walk everywhere for the most part. Only down side was a few of the outlets were broken in our room as well as the tub had broken parts on. Just need to get those fixed and the room is perfect. It was a nice size room for four of us.

The hotel has a lot of amenities my kids really enjoyed the indoor water park/pool. It’s a short walk to the main parkway in Gatlinburg. Beds and pillows are super comfortable.
