The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room setup was great and had a large bathroom. The waterpark was fantastic and my kids loved it. The included breakfast was fantastic and had plenty to choose from. The staff were always friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was really good with many options. Parking was comfortable and is not charged as an extra. The rooms were impeccable. The only thing is that it took us some time to do check in because there was no one at the reception.

Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. There was also plenty of parking! Probably the only complaint I have was the low water pressure and lack of a hot tub in the pool area. The entire pool area seemed to be for kids, with the water slides and other water features, a hot tub would have been a nice place to relax after walking around gatlinburg all day!

No place to relax, pool In the basement which was for kids, and we were charged three times on our credit card for charges that should not have been there and the manager was hard to get through to. Will not return to this hotel or Gatlinburg. It is a tourist trap.

stay was great. beds were comfy. breakfast was delicious. pool was great for the kids. carpets do need a deep clean ours in our room was pretty dirty and the walls could use a scrub. but besides that is was very clean, great stay, some staff were friendly, nice location to walk to downtown.
