When we first pulled into the parking lot, the building looked older than in the pictures but don’t judge a book by its cover. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and informative. The room was updated, clean, quiet and had a balcony overlooking a stream which was beautiful and extremely peaceful. The hotel was off the main road in Downtown Gatlinburg but a short walk to all the restaurants, shops and attractions. Our stay was a memorable one, we would highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back in the future.

We have stayed here before probably five years ago and it was clean, the room was nice, and we were very pleased. However, this time the room smelled like stale cigarettes, cobwebs everywhere, the duvets that cover the blankets were either stained or still dirty, and the desk was sticky. Other than the room not being cleanly, the receptionist person was very nice and breakfast was wonderful.

Room was clean. Breakfast was a continental breakfast with the addition of scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage (eggs and meat were cold). Do not do reserve now pay later with the plan of paying at the hotel. They charged the room to the card on file before i even arrived so i did not have the opportunity to charge it to the card i wanted to use.
