"There were 4 of us, two senior couples. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning. The night manager Darren was waiting to greet us and facilitate the check in for us. He was very kind and helpful. Our luggage arrived speedily to our rooms. The rooms were on the 33 floor and we're lovely. The next day and thereafter Alan the Bell Manager was very helpful with directions and booking transportation to our cruise ship. We were easily able to walk to the Raffles Hotel for a Singapore Sling and to the Big Bus which is the Hop On Hop Off bus. The Stamford Brasserie and the Skai Bar on the 70th were very good. We enjoyed the pool as well. We were so glad we chose the Swisshotel. "

Its the best not because its the most luxurious but its the best because of location, facilities, 24hr supermarket downstairs, jacuzzi hottub next to lovely swimming pool and a 24hr gym! Hotel staff are wonderful and the service is impeccable! Room are good size too. We love the location which is a short walk to all the sights in TST and shopping."

"We have booked city view king suite since we are a family of four and got upgraded to partial harbour view. The room is larger than expected with generous living room size. It was perfect since we have friends staying in other rooms and we needed a place to stay wherein we could spend time all together. The hotel is located just across victoria harbour and 5 mins away from ferry station. "
