Upper West Side hotel rooms a the Hostelling International

"I had stayed at this property several times when it was the old Milburn Hotel and found the renovations to be quite nice. The common areas are attractive and the rooms spacious and well laid out, with nice appointments, comfortable beds and. pillows. The upper west side location is great, with the subway nearby but the side streets off Broadway pleasant and quiet. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but that might be expected for New York. It was my first time there, so I’m not quite sure. I like the location. It was close to two subway stops and Central Park and the natural history Museum."
