"I was surprise at how quite and relaxing it was, with a location in the heart of a busy city. The bed was very comfotable. I loved how unique the setting was. I was in the city for one night and I enjoyed my stay, I totally forgot I was in NYC. I loved the acces to the transportation. Great location and atmosphere. "

"The property was great! The staff and customer service needs to be developed. I was calling and calling 3 days prior to my stay and no one answered. I wanted to do late check in and in their email with the lodging information to me. They didn’t provide a valid email. Once I arrived. There was staff just sitting there while the phoe rang. I left multiple voicemails and till this day, I have yet to receive a call back. If you want to do late check in and skip having to go check in right after landing, I do not recommend this place. "
