"Great location, right next to north side of Tokyo station. Staff were super attentive at both check-in and check-out."

"Hotel is in a great location and very clean. Room was a bit smaller than we thought but bathroom was very nice with an overhead shower. There is no food service for this hotel but there is a 7 eleven and small cafe right outside the elevator. 10 minute walk to Tokyo station which is awesome and you can get anywhere from there. Also the bullet train runs from there to Most areas in Japan"

"We are very impressed by the staff’s attentiveness and efficiency. The room is clean and spacious (under Tokyo standard). The complimentary lounge is also a nice touch with yummy snacks and drinks. "

"The room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. This is a great option for families. The only issue we had was that the washer/dryer were always being used but we eventually got to use it. Also, the location is very close to Tokyo station which made it easy to get around. "
