"Perfect location to explore Ginza and get trains around Tokyo. Can walk to imperial palace and Shimbashi. Great lobby with coffee and tea, and lots of toiletry needs. Quiet rooms! Everything was great, hope to be back soon. "

"Hotel is in a great location and very clean. Room was a bit smaller than we thought but bathroom was very nice with an overhead shower. There is no food service for this hotel but there is a 7 eleven and small cafe right outside the elevator. 10 minute walk to Tokyo station which is awesome and you can get anywhere from there. Also the bullet train runs from there to Most areas in Japan"

"Room comfortable and spacious for Tokyo. We are a family of three and we got the adjoining rooms. Great base for exploring Tokyo. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful when forwarding our luggage to Kyoto. The best ramen we had on our trip is across the road - get their namesake - NOBUNAGA"

"The room was extremely small. No space to move around or put my suitcase. I did not have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on the food. The staff was friendly and helpful. No proper window in the room."

"The pillows are 3/4 synthetic and 1/4th rice grains (?). Five stars? Maybe out of 10. Most staff are extremely kind. Others are the opposite. "

"Non smoking room smells like smoke. This is at best a 2 star hotel in a nice area (Ginza). Tiny room (even for Japan standards) mattress was very old and worn. It’s cheap for a reason - you get what you pay for. "
