The accommodation was excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities and facilities. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.
The hotel is in a quiet area but surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants and supermarkets. It’s about 4 minutes walking to metro station. Another plus point is that it can fit my big family in one room.
Will was the best with great sense of humor. Helped us with all our questions and needs! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Located close to train station for quick access. Highly recommend. Our stay was from July 28 to August 6, 2026.
The room design has Japanese touch (Rice paper snd wood) and was so relaxing. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. Staffs have a wonderful customer service and I loved how we could walk to Ginza and Tokyo station for some shopping. Highly recommend this place.
Clean, spacious, quiet. Bathroom was nice, likes the sauna function.
Check in was easy, staff were helpful. Staff spoke English and mandarin as well as Japanese.
Quite location away from busy centres. One stop away from Tokyo station. Great apartment for family of 4. Separate walk-in wardrobe. Close to supermarkets and restaurants
Best location to stay and explore Japan. Geographically it is on the central location of Tokyo where all tourists spots are within walking distance or short commute. I will definitely come back and recommend this place for everyone. Rooms are immaculately clean and staff are very friendly. Best for family of 5 or below.
The location and accommodation were quite satisfactory. Most of the staff members were pleasant, with a single exception who was unable to assist us with a dining reservation.
This was the perfect stay for our family of 3. This area was so peaceful and close to the station so we could easily get around. The space was large enough and did not feel small at all.
The staff were so helpful during our entire stay!
I highly recommend for families travelling to Japan and staying in Tokyo
Got there late on Monday night, check-in process was so quick and easy. Staff are super efficient and super friendly. Room was spacious, clean and exactly as described. Highly recommend for families, couples or anyone wanting a more quiet place to stay. That's also very convenient for trains and transport in general.

The staff are very nice even when we had to check out early and had our luggage in the hotel, they were so kind to still assist us. Staff are multilingual so its very easy to communicate too! Will stay here again .
The apartment was a great size for my family of 4. The washing machine was an awesome feature.
The apartment was within walking distance of the train station and a supermarket. Also surrounded by loads of choices for dinner.
A Lawsons, Family Mart and 7-11 also within a couple of blocks.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great location. The room was great, bathroom & bathtub, bedroom nice, & living room was nice side with 2 sofas.
But if you use the sofa as beds, it was not comfortable.
The room was bigger than expected and had everything you need! The staff was all lovely and really helpfull when needed. The washer/dryer was such a plus! Its not far walk from the shopping area of Ginza just great over all!

The staff was great, very helpful, and patient with us. The location was great too, close to a rail station, a pharmacy, and some good restaurants.
Could not recommend this hotel and area more. Incredibly quiet despite being so central, walkable from numerous subways and many great less touristy eateries.
Front desk were very kind when my young son arrived ahead of us and allowed him up to the room early. The space is compact but an excellent layout. We were in apartment 5 which had a separate living space, loo, bedroom and shower room and a dressing room area with a washer dryer. Made for the most perfect family base to explore Tokyo. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
