These meaningful touches made me feel genuinely cared for and welcomed.I received a very welcoming email from Samantha Dundee asking about any special needs I may have had, including requests such as extra towels, early check-in accommodations, and information regarding hotel services and local activities. That level of attentiveness immediately set the tone for what became an outstanding stay. What impressed me most throughout my visit was the consistent positivity and kindness shown by every staff member, no matter where I was in the hotel. Whether in the lobby, coffee shop, bar area, or at the front desk, every interaction was met with smiles, warmth, and a sincere willingness to help. "The room was nice. It was like a small apartment with a kitchen and W/D (we didn't use either). Overall very comfortable. The location isn't where I would have liked it to be (kind of a less than desirable area) which was surprising to me, but not knowing the area, that was hard to tell. It was safe, but not walkable to anything."
