"This property is always my first choice for stays downtown Nashville! I love the views, kitchen/full-sized fridge and spacious units. The location is perfect. Staff are friendly. Some minor cosmetic issues noted in unit, but overall still wonderful. This is the spot if you want to be right in the action. I can’t wait to return. "

"Place was clean and well kept. We rented two units and one of the units only had one key fob and was difficult to open. The neighbor across the hall (probably irritated by the noise of us trying to open the door, no blame of his) opened the door and gave us instructions on opening the door. The door into p3 didn’t work and it was not posted. We saw multiple groups trying to gain access as well and were frustrated. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay."
