"The hotel is in a very good location. Very close to downtown Memphis. Close to pubs and restaurants. The only things I don’t like is the door of the bathroom that is not really giving you enough privacy, especially if you are sharing the room with friends and not your partner/family. For the rest the hotel is nice and very well maintained. The staff is nice and courteous. "

"Nice place. Restaurant and bar were closed for “private event” but you have to walk right through it to go outside."

"Hotel was pretty old and in needed renovations.. The breakfast is low quality. Our shower door was broken and we asked them to fix it, but they didn’t get around to it.. it was nice that they had coffee and water in the lobby, but there wasn’t any real cream which would’ve made it a lot better. It was overpriced because of the great location"

"How you feel about this hotel depends on what you care about. It is not updated in many ways and a few features were obviously outdated and not functioning 100% (janky shower head, sticky door, stuck curtains). It’s an aging grand lady. But the beds were comfortable and it’s in a quiet area, an easy walk to the main attractions and cool glass elevators (may give you vertigo if you’re afraid of heights). Staff at the lobby bar were super unfriendly"
