"We went on a family vacation and stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The property was close to all the attractions and restaurants. Our room was clean. The parking lot could have been larger, but overall it was a nice place to stay."

"Our kids had a blast at this hotel and did not want to leave. We were in town to go to Dollywood and I regret not having more time to just relax at the hotel. From before we checked in to after we left the communication was amazing. They even called on our second day to see if there was anything we needed. The hotel is older but they have done a lot to keep it updated and it is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. The landscaping on the property is beautiful and there are sitting areas everywhere along the patios. The kids loved the towel elephant that greeted us on the first day. There is a gazebo with a gas fireplace where they have smores every night. There is a singalong on Thursday through Sunday evenings. They have free lemonade, coffee, tea, fruit, and donuts all day long in the lobby. There is a small arcade with some old games like Pacman for the kids to play too. The pool is heated and open 24 hours. We loved our stay here and hope to be back soon."
