"This is a really cool place. Yes- it is old. Yes it could use some work but the location is excellent, the stream is cool and you can walk to just about anything in Gatlinburg. Price is right also. The kids loved the pool"

"Great Location! Clean, nice size rooms. Breakfadt was good. Beware, they have started charging $15 a night to park in their own very spacious parking lot, on top of what you pay to stay there. I probably wouldn't stay again because of that. Which is sad because it is a very nice place."

"Was clean smelt air freshener seemed like all the time. Check was easy and the lady was very nice. Only thing missing was Continental breakfast and a balcony with a view of something beside a rooftop."

"We had a fantastic vacation here! I loved the craftsman theme of the hotel, the kids loved the pool and the waterslide. The free shuttle around town picks you up right outside the hotel. it was great!"

"It was a little outdated. But it was still a great place. Lots of amenities. The staff was amazing. My only complaint is that there is only one microwave and it’s in the lobby. The rooms didn’t have a microwave. And the hotel had an odd smell. But everything else was perfect "
