"Excellent stay! The customer service was outstanding, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully remodeled with great amenities. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"We were met at the elevator after checking in, and were told that our room needed to be changed to accommodate our pet, when we got into our room there was black mold everywhere, the carpet was ripped up, there was what seems to be blood on one of the comforters and the lamp shade. Horrible experience overall"

"One of my favorite hotel stays. Very clean. Easy access through lobby to bar/restaurant, Country Music Hall of Fame, coffee shop and other amenities. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I will be staying there again and recommend the hotel if you want a luxury feel for a reasonable price."

"I stayed for CMA Fest and could not have loved the location more! It was about 2-3 blocks from all the action and from Broadway. Easy getting in and out. There was a liquor store just a min out the door and a little grocery shop across the road - I actually door dashed some groceries before realizing this was here and that it carried a good selection! The room was small but honestly worked PERFECT for my sister and I! The set up was obviously designed intentionally to be super functional despite the square footage. Would absolutely recommend this and would for sure stay here again!"

"The parking which you have to pay for - $30 a day, was horrible. If you own a truck, camper, long bed, trailer, etc, you won't be able to park there. Their parking is a parking garage at the back of their hotel going up 4 (?) floors. The bends are short and the ceilings are low. Better to stay at the hotel next door- open parking! Also bring extra washcloths because we had to beg to get more than 2 for the 3 of us. Guess we were expected to share. We booked with Expedia (don't recommend doing that)- call the hotel directly, much cheaper (by half, we found out). And more people were staying at the hotel next door for a reason...Comfort Inn, just saying...."

"The hotel was a perfect location to walk to the bars and local music. We did utilize a parking garage because the parking was valet and so expensive! Otherwise, beautiful facility, great breakfast and great location for walking around downtown."
