"Nicest Comfort Suites I’ve ever stayed at! New and clean, comfortable beds in a large room. TV guide in room would be useful. Breakfast very good. Large reception area and outdoor seating. Parking lot small and tight. Right off main drag in Gatlinburg, perfect for our needs."

"The entire property is beautifully maintained, showing great attention to detail. Our room was spacious and decorated in a modern style, with a plush, comfortable bed adorned with crisp, freshly laundered sheets that had a clean, welcoming scent. The daily housekeeping staff does an excellent job, consistently going above and beyond with thorough cleaning and friendly service. We booked a package that included a complimentary breakfast each morning, and to our surprise, we also received a $40 dinner credit—about $10 per night—which was a nice bonus. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Gatlinburg's main sights, shops, and outdoor activities, just a few minutes' drive from the Welcome Center. Parking is plentiful, well-lit, and feels secure, giving us peace of mind. The onsite restaurant offers a limited menu focused on sit-down dining; if you’re after a buffet or more extensive options, it might not be the best fit. There’s also a small store that sells souvenirs and travel essentials—very handy for last-minute shopping or picking up essentials for your stay."

"Very convenient as a location. Lots to do within walking distance. Located beside the Ripley Aquarium and lots of nearby restaurants. Rooms were very quiet and well decorated. Large walk in shower and large separate tub! Beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"We loved the river view and quiet seclusion of the property. The hotel smelled great and over all was clean. The breakfast spread was nice and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. They responded quickly and repaired handle that came loose. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the AC was a split unit and didn’t cool the room enough and left the room humid. The pool area was disappointing. The hot tub was tepid and the pool was cold. Overall, pool area looked poorly maintained."

"The overall experience was good. Only suggestions we have are the cleaning staff should come around earlier in the day such as 2:00. We always were in our room at 4:00 or 4:30 and they would come around then. Since they knew we were staying for 4 nights we should have gotten service sooner. Also the bed was never made in one of our rooms. The toilet should be taller in at least one bathroom since it's hard on us older folks. Thank you for asking our opinion."

"Staff was friendly and greeted as soon as we walked in the door.The room was clean. I booked an accessible room by mistake. I will review this room as a if my disable niece were with me. Plenty of room for wheelchair access. Bathroom plenty big, The shower had all the necessities however it was not a walk in shower. She would have had to step over. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast . It advertises as continental breakfast but there were not much choices to hot dishes. Parking was easy and plenty of it."

"Getting downtown was very walkable. The bed was super comfortable. There was a Kureig coffee maker but no K pods . You can hear pretty much everything out in the parking lot. So if you have a hard time sleeping, bring a white noise machine. I would stay there again."
