Perfect location

Excellent staff and location

The hotel is conviniently located. Right next to it there is a foodcourt on the 1st floor and a supermarket on the 2nd floor. There's also, a McDonald's and Starbucks. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The room was perfect for a family of 3. The only issue I had was finding an empty box of condoms inside the night stands which says the room was definitely not fully cleaned.

It was great. My second stay here since a decade ago when it first opened. Consistent standard and cleanliness. Room was typical business size fit for a person comfortably. Every basic necessities are available.

After a long flight, we didnt think there was hope in checking in early (we really needed the rest) but we waiting for guests to do their checkouts and a room became available 2 hours early which was very welcome. Akso, receiving water in our room each day was welcome as well as the minin fridge. The air con was great too

A pleasant suprise .

I have not stayed in this brand of hotel before or the area . The check- in agent Kenny was very pleasant , accomodating and changed my room allocation to a quiet area as I advised him I had just arrived from a 17 hour flight .Room was bright , very clean and with exceptional quality bed linen . Bathroom amenities were very adequate, and tea coffee service well thought out and not wasteful. The area around the hotel has a large shopping centre , lots of greenary and resturants . I will stay there again

Confirmed but no room.

I was confirmed the booking but when I checked in to the hotel. The hotel told me that no room available and the hotel upgraded me to the nearby hotel within the chain which was Ramada. The hotel was fine and quite comfortable.

Pleasant stays are possible here!

Very pleasant stay. The location in Novena was fine for me and varies depending on the needs of the traveler. It's next to Zhongshan Mall, which has a convenient NTUC Fairprice supermarket. Don Don Donki is not that far away, about 10 minutes walk. MRT is by Don Don Donki and many buses stop at the mall. The rooms are a bit small but still comfortable. The rooms are in excellent condition. The towels are not old or worn. The AC is cold. The staff is cordial.
