Solid stay, great location - Gucci on the doorstep It’s a solid pick if you want to be at the heart of orchard road with plenty of options for shopping and food. As for the hotel, it’s alright, rooms slightly cozy, but it’s good. Breakfast was fine with many options to cater for most cultures. We aren’t a fan of credit card use, as we don’t need to use one, so we used a debit card - we ordered room service for lunch as we were starving, 3-4 dishes cost me around 180 dollars SGD (but it’s expected). The only issue we had was the receptionist downstairs knocked on our door on two different occasions at 10:30pm with an eftpos machine while our toddler was sleeping. Would have been an even bigger problem if he woke up.. Just a thought - perhaps wait until the morning for payment - we aren’t going anywhere you have our details. Other than that. It was fine. Recommend for a 3-4 day stay nothing more there’s a lot of Singapore to explore.

We booked our stay for our honeymoon, and we were delighted with the thoughtful services such as a complimentary room upgrade and a small gift. The room was very clean, spacious, and the staff were kind and attentive, so we were very satisfied with our stay. This time, we didn’t include breakfast, but we would love to try the dining options next time.

Stayed in the Orchard Tower and the lifts literarily go down to Orchard Road via a few steps out of Mandarin Gallery so was super convenient. Room is also much bigger and comfy compared with other properties in the area. Had a great dinner at Chatterbox and will definitely be back!

We’re from Japan and not familiar with opening water bottle that was supplied by the hotel in our room, so failed to open it at the first time. That's the only thing I was disappointed about this hotel.
