Poor upkeep - even the pool area garden was engulfed in weeds. The "sustainable" water feature is hard to use and they only give you tiny glasses that overflow at even the lowest setting. The beds are comfortable, though.

Property is safe and in a good location. The AC didn't work properly, the safety bars in the bathroom were broke, coming out of the wall, out of 10 TV channels that were suppose to work ,4 didn't work. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was for a disabled person which was fine, only problem was that the window faced straight in to another room, therefore the curtains had to be kept shut. Not much fun for them either. Otherwise excellent daily housekeeping

The property is in serious need of a revamp. Reception staff on not friendly or helpful. Returning to Singapore in the new year and will definitely not stay here again.

The hotel is very old & outdated. The bedroom was very small & only just enough room to walk sideways down one side of the bed to get in. The bathroom was very small too. Everything is old & run down. We tried to get our belongings out of the safe before we left but the battery must have been flat & it didn't open - had to go get security to open it. The hotel location is good for Orchard Rd & close to the MRT. Breakfast was actually in the next door hotel & everything was cold so not worth eating. We didn’t get to the pool so can’t comment on that. Overall I would not stay there again.

We used the car park at chancellor but the system was complicated and got in trouble many times when got out, they couldn’t read credit card. I think this is the only complaint I’d like them to improve. But all in all, the stay was awesome. Thank you and I hope stay at this hotel again.

Pour un hôtel 4: étoiles : pas de services bagages et des rénovations à faire car chambres sombres et pas très accueillantes ainsi que l'entrée de l'hôtel n'est pas pratique pour les valises à roulettes pour monter les escaliers ou pour les personnes à mobilité réduite comme en fauteuil roulant ! Au niveau de la propreté : le ménage n'a pas été effectué avec assiduité : le sol de la chambre était sale : pas aspiré et ni balayé
