This hotel has had air conditioning problems for ever. I know this based on my own experience. The air conditioning control would adjust automatically to high temp in the middle of the night.

As per my aunt, lovely stay with her friends from UK. The location super convenient although the hawker center are closed for revamp nevertheless still a lot of nice foods at the surrounding.

Ibis on Bencoolen is in an amazing location close to easy breakfast options, 711 and the Albert hawker centre. Reception is 24/7 which was great for our 1am checkin which was fast and efficient. Room is basic but comfortable and with a 3 bed configuration is a perfect family base for daily adventures. Hotel is extremely busy so elevators are often full and may have to wait for a while at peak times or cram in. Perfect to sleep in and go.
