It’s my first time stay here. I am travelling with my 2 yo baby, the amenities in the room are full equipped, decent enough for 2 nights stay. Love the heater and easier for me to prep milk for my baby and refill hot water. Clean bedsheets, pillow and towels. Front officer, concierge, cleaner lady are helpful and kind. This hotel located in strategic location in Orchard, easier walking distance to MRT and shopping malls near by. Definitely will have my next visit for my family trip or business trip 😉
It’s convenient to have a water heater that can instantly get hot water 💧 during my stay and for my 👶🏻.
Beautiful canning park nearby and you can commute by MRT or the Dhoby Ghaut Station.

Convenient clean and comfortable. Just off Orchard Road between two metro stations, it’s in a great location. Staff in reception were friendly and efficient; room was clean and comfortable. Nice to be able to use the pool on the rooftop.

The room was perfect, especially the airconditioning. The beds were comfortable, and room was clean and tidy. Reception was also very nice. If any comment : The pool was very nice, but all the airconditioning units were on the roof, making a lot of noise in the pool area. So much you could hardly hear the other person speak. Thst was a little dissipointing.

Its on Orchard Road is the only best option of the hotel's excellent location, apart from that hotel is old, utilities are not in good condition, bathroom door is not properly working, water dispenser not working.. working girls around the area use hotel toilet in reception area & v.dirty usage. At least the beds are clean & l give credit to housekeeping for that.
