The rooms were very small & compact but this was perfect for me as when i holiday, i am out and about and not hanging in my room. There were a few issues with tv which took at least 3 complaints before fixed. I had issues with room service, they didn't provide some foods after a certain time, they didn't have a physical menu at all, u had to scan a code and order online, my friend managed to order something and said it was poor. There was a staff member there Chrisna who was amazing and tried sorting all our issues, she is a gem. We bought her fowers and choc before we left and she cried. Singapore staff really value appreciation of their job and she really went above and beyond to help us and others staying at hotel. Good value for money, great location, just don't order room service. Buffet breakfast was good tho.

Fast check-in and free upgrade to a bigger room. Walking distance to Havelock MRT. Excellent pool, which is amazing for Singapore at this price. Friendly staff. Water machines in the corridors. I liked everything. :-)

This hotel was excellent for our budget and the staff were really helpful and friendly. It’s very handy for the metro and bus. However, the one thing this place could do with is a coffee shop/snack bar - it’s 15 mins walk crossing g busy roads to get to the nearest place - I guarantee if the hotel had this it would be a success

We liked the bunk beds room for our kids and our view was great! Liked water dispenser for refills, good shower. The hotel room walls, doors and towels were old and run down. We didn’t deal with much staff since we did self check in and out. Didn’t realize there were no dining options nearby, nothing was open or within convenient distance to anything.

The hotel location is a short walking distance to bus stops which makes it accessible to anywhere you want to go. The Singapore River Walk, which we loved, is just across the highway from the hotel. The area is safe and we felt comfortable to walk to the parks till late at night. The bathroom could use some updating. For the price we paid, it is still a very good place and we highly recommend it.

Nice hotel but dirty room service dishes were not removed for two days even when left outside the door - no daily room cleaning may help the environment but at least remove dirty dishes from the hallways.

Always said all i want is the 3 s's. Sleep, shower and another s. I thought at first glance my room was too small, but it certainly provided the 3 s's. Bed was comfy, AC was great and much needed. Shower had plenty of power. Staff were friendly and were happy to order a raxi upon request. Only real grumble was i needed to get my electronic room key refreshed on a regular basis. And saw other guests had the same issue.

The hotel is a perfect place for children. They not only have a nice small play area for them but also a wonderful swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and and dining options for breakfast were splendid. The food was delicious. Except one particular interaction with one of the hotel staff which seemed to be rude towards us, overall we had a great experience.

the property is very old even thou we are in a tropical theme refresh room, housekeeping once every 3 days but they don't even clear trash unless you ask them. walls are thin i can hear next room alarm clock and TV, gym is old and overall hotel has an old smell. may be can only stay in club room. order the tasting plate but the chilli crab is just sauce with a few small buns and cold satay which cannot represent singapore. the singapore sling is really nice thou. perhaps only club room can stay.
