I stayed five nights at this hotel. The entire property was clean and tidy. The room, especially the bathroom was quite small. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel had no city maps

there is no window. room is tight, but clean. bathroom had no divider between the shower and toilet bowl so water drip all over the bathroom floor. staff are helpful.

The hotel is clean but the room is smaller than we expect and not soundproofing. Some guests are talking loudly in their rooms and it's so annoying.Overall, the service is good.

Absolutely terrible experience. Rooms are so tiny and suffocating. Asked trolley for the luggage , was told don’t have one. Requested for if a staff can help with luggage was told don’t have enough staff. Don’t supply tea bags only makes mixer pack. Description was not accurate. Male manager was really good and professional
