Firstly the hotel staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful, the breakfast was great and the room was very clean. Issue was some noisy, disrespectful guests. The soundproofing did not seem good. A real shame because really affected stay and sleep, otherwise would have been 5*

Very close to little India with easy connection to the MRT downtown line to changi airport. (Takes about an hour) Nice and clean with friendly and helpful staff.

We were in a room with connecting doors.. quite noisy but the staff moved us up higher to a quieter floor .. excellent. Room are small but you are only sleeping there. Pool was nice after a hot day out walking and towels provided. Fantastic stay for the price. Very nice friendly reception staff.

Location was decent, it’s a quick walk to the mrt. It is a bit small and I had issues with the digital card. Had to get the physical card instead. There’s always a staff at the front if you need any assistance. Other than that, there’s air conditioning and daily housekeeping. Not bad if you’re mainly looking for a place to sleep only.

Great location for Little India

Nice location for little India. Has most things you need. Room small but it’s a cheap price so you save cash. We only use it for sleeping. Breakfast was not worth it however, and was not really warm.

This hotel has a great pool on the rooftop but that's where the positives end. I have often booked Ibis Budget hotels in Europe as they offer good value for money without compromising on comfortable rooms and a good but basic breakfast. I'm therefore sorry to say that the standards in Singapore Ibis Budgets are much lower. I was given a room without any windows that was also tiny and had thin walls that meant I was able to hear people in other rooms going to the shower and toilet. I would have asked to change the room but it was late and I wanted to get straight out for something to eat before everywhere closed. If the hotel has rooms without windows, people should be given the choice when booking if they are prepared to accept this and pay extra if required but this wasn't an option. Breakfast was also poor with poor hot options and tasteless bread and poor coffee and orange juice. I would not recommend this area either as there is very little going on in the evening. It would be better to pay a bit more to stay nearer to the marina.

The Staff was very cooperative and polite, The location is excellent. The cleanliness is excellent. The service was excellent. The room size was a smaller than expected, atleast one small wardrobe is needed. Otherwise rest of the things are all very good.

It says budget in the title so don't expect a big room with a lot of amenities. The room and hotel are clean nice comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom with excellent water pressure. Breakfast was good. Overall a comfortable stay at an affordable price.

Great stay for the price

Hotel was nice and staff friendly, room was small but had almost everything you need. No fridge which wasn’t so bad but would have been nice to store cold water. Only bad thing was the construction noise across the road but that’s not in the hotel.

The property is really close to a metro station and has a very good location, which made it very convenient to get to know the neighborhood and to get to other places. The staff was always very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was also good. The room was a little smaller than expected.

nice hotel good location reasonable price

The room is conveniently located near MRT station exit A, making it easily accessible. It is also close to Little India. Additionally, there is a bus station next to the hotel. The room itself is small but tidy, and the staff is friendly. The only drawback is that it is possible to hear noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor on the same floor.
