"This property is excellent!! I only had one complaint. The homeless man in the lobby Saturday morning smelled very badly. Should have kicked him out!!"

"I chose this Holiday Inn Express because of the low rate on Expedia and the property’s proximity to the House of Blues where I was attending a concert. The hotel is also easy to get to via the RTA red line train from the airport to Tower City station which is a short walking distance to the hotel. The front desk staff was very courteous, efficient, and helped answer my questions about the services available such as luggage storage which they do provide. My room was more spacious than I expected, was clean when I arrived, and the bed was very comfy. I’d definitely stay here again for future visits to downtown Cleveland."

"The hotel and room was clean, spacious and quiet. We loved the kitchenette in our room. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. We had no issues sleeping. The cinnamon rolls at the continental breakfast were amazing! All breakfast items were promptly restocked and there is plenty of seating. We will definitely stay at Berlin Grande Hotel again!"

"It was great motelit was very clean and front desk were very professional. I am glad that I have selected based on reviews and it was true 4 star motel and they have very good swimming pool which timing starts very late so I would recommend management to start pool around 8am. We had problem with intercom which was not working. "
