It is a nice, clean hotel. The staff is professional and helpful. Our only negative was the bed was quite hard and the pillows were not soft. But, we simply needed a bed close to the airport for an early flight, and this filled the bill.

The location was ideal. Great location for what I came for. Driving distance from Home Depot, food, and shopping. The elevator is a bit slow, the hot water in the room takes very long to get hot and the trolley for luggage is hard to drive.

Staff is very helpful. A few observations that surprised me were the TV had no remote control found, king size bed mattress had a queen fitted sheet that barely fit the mattress and the most of the pillows smelled musty. It would be nice if the breakfast started at 5:00 am for guests who have a very early flight in the morning, maybe at least on weekdays.

Easy check in, Clean room, breakfast was good Cozy bed and amazing pillows. The only complaint would be the water pressure was like zero. I had to stand under the flow of the shower to take one. Everything else was amazing! Super easu access to downtown. We stayed for the Usher and Chris Brown concert. Good parking. You have access to a bus right across the parking lo that will take you downtown. Really nice place!
