This hotel has lots of character. They did an excellent job renovating the 1930 building. Location was excellent. The room was very clean. The dinner and breakfast provided were really good. I’d stay here again and again.

This is a great hotel. Lots of families and the staff was excellent in dealing with the crowds. Our room was large and very comfortable, and the bathroom shower was six stars. The breakfast and cocktail hour were justly popular and the food and drink was very good with plenty of places to sit. We’d love to come back.

What a beautiful building in downtown Cleveland. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Valet parking is provided at a cost but needed. Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent and provided for free. What a fantastic hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
