"We love this hotel and will stay every time we need to be in the Cleveland area. The location is amazing and just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland. The staff always make you feel comfortable and always ready for a friendly chat. My kids loved the huge swimming pool and the fitness center was very well stocked. We did not have to go out for dinner because there is an attached Mexican restaurant which was delicious. Everything was very clean and housekeeping staff were very attentive. They even have a patio at the pool to sit and relax. We have found our new home away from home :)"

Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Probably some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Dining was incredible. The bed was super comfortable. The room was huge and the view was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We loved it. Thank you Hilton!"
