"Ours was a one-night stay, and we were treated, across the spectrum, as if we were regulars who stayed for weeks at a time. It's nice to feel respected and attended to in such a professional and caring environment. It is clear the people who work here are all about customer service and customer satisfaction. The next time our travel plans bring us to Cleveland, Ohio we will definitely make this Westin our go to accomodation."
