"Check-in/Check-out: This was very straightforward and quick. The staff made it very easy to get checked in and out smoothly. Location: The location is less than a minute from a train which was great to get around when we needed to. It was also close to a lot of fun shopping areas, places to eat, and not too far of a walk from a great park. Room: The room was spacious for Tokyo for sure. Plenty of space, the bathroom was awesome, and we had no problems making ourselves at home. It was very clean and when it was cleaned it was spotless all over again. Staff: The staff was very helpful. We asked for recommendations on places to eat and they gave us great suggestions. I also asked ahead of time about how to most efficiently check out and get to the airport and they were very helpful. Food: While it is close to a lot of places to eat it also has a great restaurant in the building. We ate breakfast both days we stayed and it was fantastic both times. I would recommend getting that. We also had dinner there one night and it was so good. Definitely worth it if you aren't feeling like going out. Overall/Value for money: We stayed at a cheaper place before this and The Gate Hotel was us splurging for our last two nights to do something different. We probably couldn't have afforded to stay here our whole trip but it was great for those two days. If you are like us and trying to stay a little cheaper give this a shot to end your trip. It was worth the money to experience."

"This is a well run hotel. Japanese are the master at space efficiency. While the room may be small it is very well laid out. There are a lot of amenities the hotel provides, either in your room or in the lobby. The bathroom, while small, was clean and there was no mold anywhere. The breakfast was delicious. In such a small space, they have setup a buffet with many Japanese food dishes, although i will say they like their scrambled eggs a bit runny. Numerous restaurants are nearby and 2 different metro stations are within walking distance. Will definitely stay again. Side note: Easiest way to get to Daiwa Roynet Hotel from Narita Airport is the Airport Limo bus to Dai-Ichi hotel. The Daiwa Roynet Hotel is located just behind Dai-Ichi. "

"We enjoyed our stay and the property is excellent. We just had difficulty Navigating the property on foot as location hidden and no signs from Subway on Which Exit to hotel. Also, can easily get lost from just walking around the area."
