"Hotel is located on the 22nd floor in the business area of Tokyo . Staff . service and access to restaurants was very convenient including direct access to the train station right from the building . Our room was on the 29th floor . Rooms were clean, spacious and had stunning views of Tokyo downtown . Reservations for the pool were required which gives you and your family private access to one hr of the pool. ! They also gave a restaurant on site serving Singapore cuisine but we did not eat there . A short walk away from the Imperial Palace and close to Tokyo station and the high end Ginza shopping district, this place had it all . We could not recommend this place more and will surely come back if we're to visit Tokyo again ."

"The Imperial experience made my short trip to Tokyo a memorable event. The entrance is spectacular with the rose display and, in my case, a beautiful Christmas tree that made it a winter wonderland. As a special treat, a bride stood on the stairs for her personal photos, but made the hotel entrance quite dramatic. "
