"This property was very nice, and in a fantastic location! Tokyo station is literally right next door. The staff were very helpful and kind. They had little welcome bags for the kids, which was very cute! The rooms were clean and amenities provided were helpful! We did have breakfast at the restaurant, which was very good! A great mix of Japanese and Western breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again! "

"Our stay was ok but didn't return as we had originally planned. We arrived after our long-haul flight a bit before check-in time and could not check-in until exactly at check-in time. We had the feeling that this was more about just sticking to the rule than our room not being ready. Even this could be completely understandable, however, the way it was communicated was not what we are used to in Japan."

"This hotel was really nice! Great stay in Hibiya near Ginza and super convenient to the Shimbashi station and the Tokyo marathon course which is what I was there for. "Honestly, we loved our stay at the Hotel New Otani. The staff were splendid and so thoughtful, kind and helpful. The room was well take care of and very comfortable. The beds were a little firmer than we are used to but we all slept great. We enjoyed the breakfast buffets- lots to choose from and helpful for our five year old to be fed early. My hubby said he was able to get a decent workout in the gym. The gardens are worth walking in, so beautiful! We used the luggage forwarding service, and the staff made it so seamless! We were able to get to the trains easily too. I would definitely come back and stay here if I am lucky enough to visit Japan again! "
